The apartment interior is designed in the Art Deco style, characterized by an atmosphere of glamour and luxury, contrasting color combinations, and bold geometry. These features reflect the broader aesthetic of bohemian chic while preserving a distinctly contemporary character.

Thanks to a successful reconfiguration of the original layout, the designer was able to create all the functional areas required for comfortable everyday living.

Despite the expressive luxury associated with Art Deco, aesthetics never compromise functionality. The resulting layout includes an entrance hall, kitchen, meeting room, living room, primary bedroom, two children’s rooms, and three bathrooms.

To ensure privacy, the primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. A separate meeting room is divided from the dining area by sliding glass doors.

The extensive use of glass, mirrored, and metallic surfaces creates a more open and spacious interior. Lighting plays a particularly important role, with the position and intensity of each fixture carefully selected to emphasize key architectural and decorative features.

A multi-level illuminated ceiling makes a significant contribution to the overall impression of the space. It visually increases the perceived height of the walls while concealing engineering systems within the cornice structures.

Inspired by the keys of a grand piano, the ceiling alternates between black and white finishes. The interplay of smooth and textured surfaces adds a strong graphic quality to the interior.

The color palette extends beyond black and white. It includes shades of brown, gray, and warm ivory, all characteristic of Art Deco interiors. Deep blue was selected for the upholstered furniture, while brass details were used for the fittings and hardware of the custom cabinetry.

Natural stone and metal finishes reinforce the atmosphere of Art Deco luxury and brilliance. Exclusive materials and bespoke furniture help express the distinctive character and sophistication of the style.
