Why Moscow Clients Choose Deka-Art for Premium Turnkey Apartment Renovation
Professional Expertise and Extensive Experience
We do not take the easiest route. We are prepared to develop and implement sophisticated ideas, including technically demanding and highly detailed design solutions.
Every member of our team specializes in a defined area of work. Tile installers, painters, engineers, carpenters, and other professionals are selected for their specific expertise rather than expected to perform every type of task.
We believe that true quality is achieved through mastery at every stage. Before each phase begins, our specialists review the key technical and practical questions with the client. This helps us identify important details in advance and minimize potential problems during implementation.
Where the project allows, interior design development and construction can proceed in parallel. This helps shorten the overall schedule without compromising the quality of the finished result.
Transparent Pricing and a Clearly Organized Process
Deka-Art works with experienced designers, technical specialists, and renovation professionals who operate as part of one coordinated team.
We do not rely on unnecessary intermediaries. This allows us to maintain direct control over quality, communication, costs, and deadlines.
Before construction begins, we provide a detailed estimate in which every type of work is divided by stage, room, quantity, and specific task. For example, the estimate may show the exact wall area to be primed and identify the rooms and surfaces where the work will take place.
The estimate includes:
- unit rates;
- quantities;
- costs by room;
- costs by work category;
- the total project amount.
We follow the agreed schedule and assume responsibility for mistakes within our scope, correcting them at our own expense.
Where stated in the contract, penalties may apply in the event of delays.
Clients may also be invited to view selected completed properties or active project sites to assess the quality of our work in person.
Designed Around Your Lifestyle, Interests, and Family
Our goal is to understand the kind of interior that genuinely reflects your preferences, routines, and way of life.
We consider:
- who will live in the property;
- family composition;
- children and pets;
- daily habits and hobbies;
- working-from-home requirements;
- preferred colors, materials, and textures;
- furniture and personal objects that should be incorporated;
- design elements you would prefer to avoid.
For families with children, we pay particular attention to safety, durability, and ease of use.
Where a private home office is required, we can create a calm, secluded environment designed for concentration and productive work.
Whether your preference is a relaxed Provence-inspired interior, a sophisticated Art Deco space, or a restrained contemporary home, the final design is developed around your individual character.
Tell us which materials, colors, and objects matter to you—and which do not. We listen carefully and create spaces that feel personal rather than generic.
Complete Support with a Flexible Level of Client Involvement
We can manage the entire renovation process or adapt the service to the level of involvement you prefer.
Our designer can develop a complete concept from the beginning or work with ideas and references you have already selected.
You may purchase materials independently using our specifications, or entrust sourcing and procurement to our team.
We coordinate the project through to final cleaning and handover.
The site manager monitors quality, progress, and deadlines and provides regular updates on the work.
Where included in the agreement, clients may also receive weekly reports covering project expenses and purchased materials.
Turnkey Renovation from Initial Consultation to Final Completion
Our turnkey service can cover the entire process, from initial consultation and planning through construction, finishing, furnishing, and final handover.
When specialist work falls outside our direct scope, we can recommend trusted contractors and coordinate their work on site.
This may include:
- communication with subcontractors;
- quality control;
- schedule coordination;
- interaction with building management;
- communication with municipal and utility services;
- coordination with neighboring residents;
- approvals for gas and utility works;
- meter relocation and sealing;
- temporary water shutoffs;
- access to shared engineering systems;
- agreed quiet hours during renovation.
We pay attention to every detail because the quality of the finished project depends on the smallest elements.
We do not consider the work complete until the agreed scope has been fulfilled, including the installation of final fittings, covers, baseboards, furniture, and other elements specified in the contract.
Where furniture delivery or assembly forms part of the project, final completion is coordinated accordingly.

Recommendations for Selecting Interior Finishing Materials
When choosing wall finishes for residential or commercial interiors, it is important to consider the function and conditions of each space.
Areas with high humidity, for example, require materials that resist moisture, mold, and long-term surface deterioration.
Below are some of the most common wall-finishing options.
Wallpaper
Wallpaper is a versatile wall finish available in a wide range of materials, textures, colors, and patterns.
Common types include:
- paper wallpaper;
- non-woven wallpaper;
- textile wallcoverings;
- vinyl wallpaper;
- liquid wallpaper;
- glass-fiber wallpaper.
Premium apartment interiors often use wallpaper to add texture, depth, pattern, or softness to a room. However, other finishes may be more suitable for high-traffic commercial spaces or areas exposed to increased moisture.
The final choice should take into account durability, maintenance requirements, environmental conditions, and the overall interior concept.
Textile Wallcoverings
Textile wall finishes are often used to bring softness, refinement, and acoustic comfort to an interior.
They are particularly well suited to hotels, studios, beauty salons, lounges, bedrooms, and other spaces where atmosphere and sound absorption are important.
Textile wallcoverings can help:
- improve acoustic comfort;
- create a warmer and more inviting atmosphere;
- coordinate wall finishes with furniture and decorative fabrics;
- support a consistent material and color concept throughout the interior.
The material should be selected with consideration for fire-safety requirements, maintenance, durability, and the functional demands of the space.
Painted Walls
Interior paint offers extensive opportunities for creating individual color schemes and visual effects.
A high-quality result depends on:
- correct surface preparation;
- suitable primers and base coats;
- careful color selection;
- the appropriate paint type;
- the correct number of coats;
- professional application.
The quality of the paint is also important. Premium products generally provide better coverage, durability, color stability, and resistance to cleaning.
In large spaces, several coordinated shades can be used to define functional zones, add visual depth, emphasize architectural features, or create the impression of greater ceiling height.
Acrylic paints for walls and ceilings are often used to create durable, practical, and visually balanced combinations.
Decorative Wall Finishes
Decorative plaster is a final wall finish that can create a wide variety of colors, textures, and visual effects.
Common types include:
Mineral Plaster
A lime- or cement-based finish with a dense composition. It creates a durable surface and may provide natural resistance to mold and microorganisms.
Acrylic Plaster
A ready-to-use decorative mixture based on acrylic resin. It is flexible, practical, and suitable for a wide range of properly prepared surfaces.
Textured Plaster
A decorative finish containing mineral or polymer granules, sand, mica, or other additives. It is highly workable and can be used to create pronounced surface textures.
Venetian Plaster
A decorative finish designed to imitate polished marble or natural stone.
It typically contains finely ground marble powder, mineral dust, lime, and specialist additives. Venetian plaster is often used on feature walls, columns, niches, and other architectural elements where a refined, layered surface is required.
Formal Contract
We work exclusively under written agreements, providing clients with clear terms, defined responsibilities, and greater protection throughout the project.
Two-Year Warranty
Completed work is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of formal handover.
If defects covered by the warranty are identified during this period, they will be corrected without additional charge, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Flexible Payment Schedule
A 50% advance payment applies to the interior design service.Payments for project implementation are made according to the schedule agreed in the contract.
In-House Team
Over many years of practice, Deka-Art has assembled a team of experienced and highly qualified designers, technical specialists, and construction professionals.
View Projects at Different Stages of Completion
Before making a final decision, clients may be invited to visit selected completed properties or active project sites.
This provides an opportunity to assess the quality of our workmanship, organization, detailing, and project management in person.
Contractual Penalties for Delays
Where specified in the agreement, a contractual penalty of 0.5% of the value of the delayed work may apply for each day of delay until the relevant stage is completed and formally accepted.
The exact conditions are defined in the project contract.
Specialists with Focused Expertise
Each member of our team specializes in a defined area of work.
We do not rely on generalists expected to perform every type of construction or finishing task. This focused approach helps maintain a consistently high standard throughout every stage of the project.
